# How to cancel Teeinblue's subscription

# For Shopify stores


| For Shopify stores, Teeinblue's app charges are handled by Shopify Billings. App subscription (& transaction fee) will be added to your Shopify Bills each month.


## Cancel subscription without uninstalling Teeinblue

* Login to your Teeinblue account
* Go to **Organization >** [**Subscriptions**](https://portal.teeinblue.com/subscriptions) page (or click on the Plan name button on the sidebar menu, or click on your avatar at the top right corner and click Manage subscriptions)

* Click **Manage** button of the Shopify store you want to cancel 
* On the **Subscription Details** page, you can find the **Cancel subscription **button

| Your subscription will be canceled immediately.


## Uninstall Teeinblue from Shopify

| Uninstall Teeinblue from Shopify will immediately cancel subscription (After uninstallation, all your designs in Teeinblue will remain intact so you can get it back when reinstalling).

* Go to your Shopify admin > **Settings**

* Go to **Apps and sales channels** > Find "Teeinblue Product Personalizer" app > Hover on it and click on **Uninstall** button

* Select a reason for uninstalling (optional): please write some feedback for us to get better

* Click on **Uninstall** button

* Done. Then Teeinblue will be removed from your store and **all subscriptions will be canceled**.

# For Other Platforms (Etsy, Boundless...)

Unlike Shopify, other platforms **don't automatically cancel** Teeinblue subscriptions when the app is uninstalled.

| Please **cancel subscription before uninstalling** Teeinblue from your store.

### Method 1:
* Login to your Teeinblue account
* Go to **Organization >** [**Subscriptions**](https://portal.teeinblue.com/subscriptions) page (or click on the Plan name button on the sidebar menu, or click on your avatar at the top right corner and click Manage subscriptions)

* Click **Manage** button of the platform you want to cancel 
* On the **Subscription Details** page, you can find the **Cancel subscription **button

| Your subscription will then be scheduled to cancel at the end of your billing cycle.


### Method 2
* Go to [this link](https://customer-portal.paddle.com/cpl_01jvrz3ydsch3fgw07qsbxbqr4) & enter your email. The email could be either: (1) your Teeinblue's account email, (2) the admin email of your store, or (3) the email you used when subscribing to our plan.
* In the Subscriptions page, find the Active subscription you'd like to cancel
* Click on it & click "Cancel subscription" button

| Your subscription will be canceled immediately with this method.
