# Publish Campaigns by Product base to Etsy


You can publish campaigns created by **Product Base** directly to Etsy.  
This feature helps you sync mockups, descriptions, and product variations automatically from Teeinblue into a new Etsy listing.



## 🚀 Steps to Publish

1. Create a new campaign by Product Base
   – or reuse an existing Campaign by Product Base that has already been published to Shopify.  

2. Pre-set some listing info to sync to Etsy in **Edit campaign info**

3. Click **Launch** (or **Update**) button to publish the campaign to Etsy
If you have multiple stores in Teeinblue, a store list will appear → select your **Etsy store** → click **Launch**.

   →** A new Etsy listing** will be created based on your campaign.

## 🔄 What Information Is Synced to Etsy?

When publishing, Teeinblue maps your campaign data to Etsy’s listing fields as follows:

### About
* **Title**: Campaign name (Limit 140 characters)
* **Photos and video**: First 20 campaign mockups (Replace all existing media when updating campaign)
* **Thumbnail**: You can upload a custom thumbnail in **Edit campaign info**. If not set, the first mockup will be used.
* **Description**: **Product base**’s description
* **Personalization**: enabled by default. You can turn it off in **Edit campaign info.**

### **Price & Inventory**
* **Domestic and global pricing**: disabled. Teeinblue does not support setting different pricing.
* **Price**: based on variant's price set in **Product base**.
* **Quantity**: 999

### Variations
* **Variation type & options**: available Variants in** Product base**
* **Note**: Etsy only support max 2 variation types per listing, so Teeinblue only** syncs the first available product** if the campaign contains more than one product base.

### Details
* **Core details**: Pre-set in **Store Settings**  → **General settings**  → **Pre-set Core details of Etsy listings**

* **Production partner**: if you set "Who made it" = "Another company or person" in Core details, then a production partner is required to publish the campaign to Etsy. 
Teeinblue offers 2 methods to pre-set production partner: 
**(1) Auto-select a matching provider:** auto-find any partner in your partners list with the Display name matching the print provider of the product base; 
**(2) Choose a default partner from Etsy:** pre-set a specific partner from your partners list.

Make sure you've added your **Production partner** in **Etsy Shop Manager → Settings → Partners you work with**

* **Category**: pre-set in **Edit campaign info** (the list is taken from Etsy's [Categories list](https://www.etsy.com/help/categories/seller))
* **Tags:** pre-set in **Edit campaign info** (max 13 tags)

### **Processing & Shipping**
* **Processing profile & Shipping profile: **pre-set in **Listing Profiles** (instruction below)

### **Settings**
* **Returns and exchanges**: auto-select the first available option (make sure you've setup **Return & exchanges** policy in your **Etsy Shop Manager → Settings → Policy settings**)
* **Renewal options**: Manual

## 📦Pre-set Processing & Shipping profiles in Listing Profiles

First, make sure you've set up **Processing Profiles** & **Shipping Profiles** in your **Etsy Shop Manager → Settings → Shipping settings**

The product base from a print provider can affect the Processing and Shipping time. Therefore, we set up a page where you can pre-set the Processing Profile and Shipping Profile for each product base in **Store Settings**  → **Listing Profiles**

You can match a product base with a profile from your Etsy store here.
Then when publishing campaigns to Etsy, we'll take the matching shipping profile and processing profile to sync to Etsy.
