# Cách thiết lập Customization Image trong Email Template của Klaviyo

Bài viết này hướng dẫn bạn thiết lập Customization Image của Teeinblue trong Email Template của Klaviyo.

### Bước 1. Tìm Template bạn muốn chỉnh sửa

Trong Klaviyo Dashboard, bạn sẽ thấy rất nhiều Template:

Ở ví dụ này, chúng ta dùng Template **Abandoned Checkout Reminder**.

### Bước 2. Chỉnh sửa Template

Sau khi đã chọn Template, click nút **Edit** để bắt đầu chỉnh sửa.

### Bước 3. Tìm Row chứa Thumbnail Image

Sau khi click **Edit Content**, một Dashboard mới sẽ mở ra. Hãy tìm Thumbnail Image ở đó.

Bạn có thể đi theo đường dẫn: **Table** > **Cell Content** > **Image** > **Replace**. Khi đã tìm thấy, click nút **Replace**.

### Bước 4. Nhập script

Đoạn script gốc bạn thấy ở đó sẽ trông như sau:

Hãy thay nó bằng đoạn script sau:

Sau khi thay xong, nó sẽ trông như thế này:

Nhớ lưu lại thiết lập của bạn là xong!

### Bước 5. Kiểm tra thiết lập

Để xem script có hoạt động không, chỉ cần click nút `Preview`:

### Bước 6. Điều chỉnh thời gian chờ gửi email (không bắt buộc)

Ngoài ra, nếu bạn muốn thay đổi thời gian chờ trước khi email được gửi, bạn có thể điều chỉnh trong module **Time delay** của flow.

* Click vào block **Time delay** trong flow editor của bạn (ví dụ: `Wait 4 hours`).
* Trong panel **Time delay details** ở bên trái, đổi giá trị **Set time delay** (ví dụ đặt `10 Minutes` để test nhanh hơn).

| Sau khoảng 10 phút (tùy thiết lập của bạn), email Abandoned Checkout thử nghiệm sẽ được kích hoạt và gửi tới hộp thư của bạn.
