# Tổng hợp các Lỗi trong Product Base và Giải Pháp

## 1. Không hiển thị biểu tượng chỉnh sửa

Trước tiên, hãy tải lại trang. Nếu biểu tượng vẫn không hiển thị, hãy đổi DNS của thiết bị sang dịch vụ DNS công cộng như `1.1.1.1`, rồi mở lại Teeinblue Portal. Bạn có thể tham khảo [hướng dẫn Google Public DNS](https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using).

## 2. Màu mockup không đổi theo biến thể đã chọn

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base > mở sản phẩm > Variants**.
2. Nhập **Color Hex** cho từng màu. Mỗi mã phải bắt đầu bằng `#`, ví dụ `#000000`.
3. Vào **Mockup > Edit**, rồi bật **Background by variant color**.
4. Dùng mockup có vùng sản phẩm trong suốt để màu nền hiển thị.

Color Hex chỉ ảnh hưởng đến phần xem trước mockup, không ảnh hưởng đến file in.

## 3. Perspective hoạt động không đúng

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base > mở sản phẩm > Mockup > Edit**.
2. Chọn printarea trong **Mockup Editor**.
3. Bật **Enable perspective**, rồi nhấn **Edit Perspective**.
4. Kéo bốn góc để căn printarea theo mockup.

| Bạn không thể thay đổi kích thước hoặc xoay printarea khi Perspective đang bật. Hãy tắt Enable perspective trước khi resize hoặc rotate.

## 4. Không thể xóa Product Base

Không thể xóa Product Base khi sản phẩm vẫn đang được dùng trong campaign.

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Campaigns > mở campaign > Add products & artworks**.
2. Di chuột lên sản phẩm, nhấn **Edit**, rồi chọn **Remove from campaign**.
3. Lưu lại và đóng tab
4. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base**, mở menu **More** của sản phẩm, rồi chọn **Delete product**.

| Không thể xóa variant đang được dùng trong campaign. Hãy gỡ sản phẩm hoặc variant khỏi campaign trước.

## 5. Không thể tải lên hoặc lưu mockup

Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base > mở sản phẩm > Mockup > Upload**, rồi kiểm tra file:

* Dùng định dạng PNG, JPG hoặc JPEG.
* Mỗi file phải nhỏ hơn 32 MB.
* Nếu cần, hãy nén file bằng [TinyPNG](https://tinypng.com/) hoặc [TinyJPG](https://tinyjpg.com/).

Teeinblue tối ưu mockup lớn xuống chiều rộng hoặc c**hiều cao tối đa 960 px**. Ảnh nhỏ hơn 1000 px sẽ không bị resize.

## 6. Trạng thái variant trên storefront không đúng

Chọn nơi bạn muốn áp dụng trạng thái variant.

### Áp dụng cho tất cả campaign dùng Product Base

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base > mở sản phẩm > Variants**.
2. Chọn **Available** hoặc **Unavailable** trong cột **Available**.
3. Nhấn **Update campaign** ở đầu trang Product Base.
4. Trong **Campaigns that use this product**, chọn các campaign đã publish, rồi nhấn **Update**.

### Chỉ áp dụng cho một campaign

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Campaigns > mở campaign > Add products & artworks**.
2. Di chuột lên sản phẩm và nhấn **Edit**.
3. Chọn trạng thái trong **Available in this campaign**, rồi nhấn **Save**.
4. Nhấn **Update** để đồng bộ campaign lên storefront.

## 7. Thứ tự tùy chọn variant hiển thị sai

1. Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Product Base > mở sản phẩm > Variants > Display settings**.

2. Trong **Display variant option on store**, kéo các giá trị Color hoặc Size về đúng thứ tự, rồi nhấn **Save**.
3. Nhấn **Update campaign** và cập nhật các campaign đang dùng Product Base này.

## 8. Nội dung bị trùng trên trang sản phẩm

Vào **Teeinblue Portal > Store Settings > Product Page Settings > Elements & Behaviors** và kiểm tra các thành phần do Teeinblue hiển thị.

Nếu chỉ phần mô tả sản phẩm bị trùng, mở **Extras** trên trang này và dùng **Show product description by app** để chọn Teeinblue hoặc theme hiển thị mô tả.

Nếu giá, tùy chọn variant hoặc nút Add to Cart vẫn bị trùng, hãy liên hệ đội ngũ hỗ trợ Teeinblue qua contact@teeinblue.com. Mỗi theme có cấu trúc khác nhau nên đội ngũ hỗ trợ có thể cần điều chỉnh tích hợp.
