# Về tính năng Team Management

# Tính năng Team Management là gì

Teeinblue vừa ra mắt tính năng mới cho phép Store Owner chủ động quản lý các truy cập từ Staff vào app.
→ Ví dụ : Cho các team lớn hoặc các team sử dụng dịch vụ outsource để lên Campaign

# Store owner
* **Store owner** là tài khoản admin email khi bạn đăng kí Shopify Store. Tất cả những ai có truy cập vào admin email của bạn sẽ đều là **Store Owner**.
* **Store owner** có thể truy cập vào mọi nơi trong app, bao gồm cả phần `Team Management` và `Pricing`
* **Store owner**  có thể truy cập vào app qua Shopify admin > Apps hoặc đường dẫn sau [portal.teeinblue.com](https://portal.teeinblue.com).


# Quản lý các Roles

**Store Owner** có thể tạo mới và set các quyền cho Staff Member của mình.

## Cách tạo Roles

**Để tạo Roles mới**, **Store Owner** có thể làm vậy bằng cách vào `Extras > Staff > Manage Role`

Tại đây, **Store Owner** có thể cài đặt các permissions cụ thể cho **Staff Member**

* **Store Owner** có thể set nhiều Roles khác nhau cho một Staff Member. Sau khi được set Role, các **Staff Member** sẽ chỉ có thể sử dụng app trong phạm vi được phân quyền.

## Permissions

* **Assets**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục `Assets`: Clipart Categories, Additional Options, Map Styles, Color Categories, Font Categories, Upload Font.
* **Artworks**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục Artworks. Role này nên được đặt cho Designer, có nhiệm vụ setup Artwork.
* **Product Bases**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục Product Bases. Role này có thể đặt cho member có nhiệm vụ setup riêng Product Base
* **Campaigns**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục Campaigns. Role này có thể đặt cho member có nhiệm vụ lên Campaign
* **Orders & Bulk Fulfill**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục Orders, Bulk Fulfill and Analytics pages. Role này có thể đặt cho member có nhiệm vụ quản lý và fulfill Order
* **Store Settings**: bao gồm toàn bộ mục Store Settings. Bạn có thể đọc thêm về mục này tại [đây](https://support.teeinblue.com/vi/category/ve-store-settings-31b7zg/)

| **Manage** sẽ bao gồm các quyền tạo mới, edit, delete.

|| Để có thể manage Campaigns, thì Staff Member sẽ cần có cả quyền View trong mục Assets, Artworks and Product Bases.


# Teeinblue Staffs

## External Staffs (ngoài Shopify)

**Store Owner** có thể invite Staff ngoài Shopify để dùng Teeinblue qua Email.

* Để làm vậy, hãy vào Extras > Staffs > click vào **Invite staff**

* Điền Email và set Role cho Staff Member

* Sau khi Staff account được tạo, teeinblue sẽ gửi email cho Staff đó.

*  **Staff Member** sẽ bấm vào đường link trong email, và tạo password cho tài khoản của họ. Sau đó, Staff Member này sẽ được truy cập teeinblue với các quyền đã được giao.

* **Staff Member** có thể login trực tiếp vào app qua [portal.teeinblue.com](https://portal.teeinblue.com/) và bấm vào link ở dòng "You are a staff?"

* Tại đây, **Staff Member** sẽ cần điền email và password để login.

## Shopify Staffs:

* Nếu member của bạn có tài khoản nhân viên qua Shopify, **Store Owner** sẽ không cần send email invite nữa. Teeinblue sẽ tự động tạo tài khoản Staff Member khi họ đăng nhập lần đầu vào Teeinblue từ phía Shopify.

* Mặc định thì ngay sau khi login vào Teeinblue từ phía Shopify, **Staff Member** sẽ có quyền **Editor**. Quyền này sẽ access được tất cả mọi thứ (trừ mục Staff và các setting về Price). **Store Owner** sẽ cần tự update các quyền của **Staff**.

Là **Store Owner,** bạn có thể edit quyền của các **Staff Member** ở đây

|| **Notes**:  Nếu bạn có nhiều Stores được merge với nhau, thì các Staff Member sẽ access được toàn bộ các Stores này, dựa trên quyền bạn đã set.

# Activity Log

|  **Store Owner** có thể view được toàn bộ Activity Logs của các **Staff Member** của mình tại mỗi đề mục.
