Teeinblue is now intergrated with Cutout.pro to automatically remove the background of the uploaded photo and add various effects to it.

Pixelated Effects

This is a 3rd-party service so you'll need to create an account and subscribe to their plan.

If you haven't had a Cutout.Pro account yet, you can choose one of these links to create an account and get extra free credits:

To get 200 pay-as-you-go credits (no expiration)
To get 2000 subscription credits for the first month (credits expire after the 1st month if no active subscription is purchased after this 1st month)

1. Preparation

Complete the service settings for the Cutout.pro effects you plan to use before configuring your Artwork.

Connect your Cutout.pro API key

After signing up for an account, you need to find the API key of your account in their service.
From your User Panel, navigate to API Key section to find your API Key

After copying your API key:

Go to Teeinblue Portal > Extras > 3rd-party Services > Cutout.Pro.
Paste your key into Cutout.pro API key.
Click Save.

Click Check credits to confirm that your saved API key returns your credit information.

Set where Photo Enhancer is applied

To choose where Photo Enhancer is applied:

Go to Teeinblue Portal > Extras > 3rd-party Services > Cutout.Pro.
Find Apply Photo Enhancer on.
Select Mockup Preview & Order Design or Order Design only.
Click Save.

Select Cutout.pro for background removal

Add and save your Cutout.pro API key as described above before selecting the background removal service.

If you want to use Cutout.pro for background removal, select it as your background removal provider:

Go to Teeinblue Portal > Extras > 3rd-party Services > Remove Background.
Under Choose a background remover service, select Cutout.pro.
Click Save.

2. Add a Photo Upload Layer

Go to Teeinblue Portal > Artworks and open your Artwork using its edit button.
Click + Layer.
Under Image, expand Photo Upload, then select Single Upload.

Open the photo upload Layer’s settings using its pencil icon.
Expand Personalization Settings and find Image effects.
Click Add new to add an effect, then open the effect dropdown. To change an existing effect, open its dropdown instead.

3. Choose a Cutout.pro effect

Face cutout

In Image effects, expand Face cutout and select [Cutout.pro] Face cutout.

This selects Cutout.pro as the provider for the face cutout effect.

Cartoon

In Image effects, expand Cartoon (Cutout.pro) and choose a style. Available styles include Pixel, Pixar, and Manga Avatar.

Photo enhancer

In Image effects, expand Photo enhancer and select [Cutout.pro] Photo enhancer.

Remove background

In the photo upload Layer’s Personalization Settings > Image effects, select Remove background.

Remove background uses the provider you selected in Step 1. Preparation. Make sure you completed the Cutout.pro setup before using this effect.

When you have finished configuring the Layer’s effects, click Save & Close in the Artwork editor.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

Each effect will cost you a certain amount of credit from your account.
Face Cutout already includes background removal. Remove the separate Remove background effect from Image effects to avoid unnecessary cost.
The order of the effects determines which effect is applied first.

We don't recommend using too many effects at the same time, as this can return unexpected results.

4. Publish your Campaign

Once you are happy with your Settings, you can launch it!
