Portrait Sketch feature

You can turn your customer's uploaded photo into a portrait sketch, and let them pick the sketch color themselves.

This is a built-in Teeinblue feature, so no connection to any third-party service is needed!

Creating the Upload Photo layer with Portrait Sketch effect

This feature only works with portraits of people or pets. It will not work with scenery images.

Go to Teeinblue Portal > Campaigns > Edit artwork, then select an image Layer.
In Personalization Settings, choose Upload photo. You can read more about that feature in Upload Photo feature.
Under the Image effects section, select the Portrait Sketch option.

This feature already includes background removal, so you don't need to use it together with another background removal effect.

The following list explains what each of these settings does:

Contour: adds a bold outline around your subject, so the person or pet stands out in the uploaded photo.

Light sketch: choose whether the uploaded photo gets a light or a heavy sketch effect.

Allow customers to change sketch color: see the next section.

Letting customers change the sketch color

In the Portrait sketch (TIB) effect, turn on Allow customers to change sketch color.

Your product page now shows a Color Picker. Your customers can choose the color of their sketch themselves.

The color picker works together with the other effects on the Layer. The chosen color is applied to the final image, after all effects have been applied.

Creating the Campaign

Once you're happy with your settings, be sure to launch it to your storefront!
