How to install Teeinblue on Etsy

Whether you're new to Teeinblue or already using it with Shopify, this guide will help you connect your Etsy shop to Teeinblue in the right way.

If you're using Teeinblue on Shopify:

You already have a Teeinblue account — all you need to do is connect your Etsy shop to your existing account.

1. Login to Teeinblue Portal (by opening the app from Shopify admin, or enter Shopify domain at https://portal.teeinblue.com/login?platform=shopify )

2. Click on Extras > Integrations page, OR click on the Switch stores dropdown and choose "Install app on new stores"

3. Choose a platform to use Teeinblue

• Shopify: you'll be redirected to Shopify App Store to install Teeinblue app on Shopify
• Etsy: you'll be redirected to Etsy for authorization
• Boundless (for other platforms): enter your store domain to connect manually

4. After authorizing Teeinblue on Etsy, you'll be redirected back to Teeinblue to activate a plan. Enter your credit cards to subscribe to Teeinblue's subscription for Etsy (it's separate from Teeinblue's subscription for Shopify).

To login to Teeinblue for Etsy later, you can go to https://portal.teeinblue.com/login?platform=etsy or switch from Shopify store here:

If you've uninstalled Teeinblue on Shopify

Your Teeinblue account still exists, so you only need to login to Teeinblue to connect your Etsy shop.

To login to Teeinblue (without using Shopify):

1. Go to https://portal.teeinblue.com/login?platform=etsy

2. Enter the email and password of your Teeinblue staff account

• The email could be the same email as you logged in to Shopify before
• If you don't know the password, click "Forgot password" to set a new password

3. After logging in, choose a platform to use Teeinblue

• Shopify: you'll be redirected to Shopify App Store to install Teeinblue app on Shopify
• Etsy: you'll be redirected to Etsy for authorization
• Boundless (for other platforms): enter your store domain to connect manually

4. After authorizing Teeinblue on Etsy, you'll be redirected back to Teeinblue to activate a plan. Enter your credit cards to subscribe to Teeinblue's subscription for Etsy.

If you have never used Teeinblue before

You’ll need to create a new Teeinblue account before connecting your Etsy shop.

1. Register a Teeinblue account at: https://portal.teeinblue.com/register

2. After verifying your email, you'll be redirected to a page to choose a platform to use Teeinblue.

• Shopify: you'll be redirected to Shopify App Store to install Teeinblue app on Shopify
• Etsy: you'll be redirected to Etsy for authorization
• Boundless (for other platforms): enter your store domain to connect manually

3. After authorizing Teeinblue on Etsy, you'll be redirected back to Teeinblue to activate a plan. Enter your credit cards to subscribe to Teeinblue's subscription for Etsy.
