How to find API key of integrated Fulfillment providers
API is a unique key of an account which a provider generates in order to allow third parties, like teeinblue, to connect and send orders to.
Hence, you need to copy and paste the API key of your account to Fulfillment Providers page, so teeinblue can identify and send orders to the correct account.
As of September 30th, 2022, it won’t be possible to generate new Printful API keys, and on March 30th, 2023, all existing API keys will stop working. Instead, you’ll access Printful’s API using private tokens and public apps. All Teeinblue users connecting to Printful will have to change their keys on Sep 29th. Login to your account at developers.printful.com/login
Navigate to Token Page > Click on the + Add new Token button
Fill in all the necessary information there.
In the Scopes section, you must enable all options to make it possible to send orders from Teeinblue to Printful
Once you are done, you will get a new Accesss Key:
Go to the Fulfillments page in Teeinblue and paste the copied Access Key
Click Save
Then, click on Select a store dropdown menu. It will show you a list of stores on your Printful account. You can then select a Store you want to send orders to.
Once you have selected your Store, click Save again
You are now successfully connected to Printful!
Login to your Customcat account at app.customcat.com.
Go to My stores page > create a new store with Create API Order method.
Go to Settings page. Select the store you've just created.
Go to API tab > Copy the API key with Read/Write access.
Copy and paste it to teeinblue's Fulfillments Providers > Customcat Page.
Login to your Dreamship account at dreamship.com/app
Click on Settings > API page
If you don't find the "API" page, please contact Dreamship support to open access.
Find the API section
Click button "Show" to check for API key > Click button "Copy" to copy API key
Copy and paste it to teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Dreamship page
Next, you need to connect Webhook so Teeinblue can receive tracking code from Dreamship when an order is fulfilled.
In Teeinblue, copy the Webhook URL in the Dreamship page
Go to Dreamship > Settings > API > In the "Webhook URL", click on Add Webhook URL > paste the Webhook URL from Teeinblue > click Add:
In the Advanced Webhooks, click Enable button
Next, move to the Webhook URLs section above > Click Manage Subcriptions > Tick all the information within the popup Webhook Subscriptions > Click Save and close popup
Login to your merchOne account dashboard.merchone.com
Go to Stores page > Create a new store by clicking button Connect under Create your custom store
Please be sure to choose the Create custom store if you use Teeinblue to send orders to merchOne.
In this step, please enter all the information:
Once you are done, go to the Settings Page to get the API KEY
Scroll down a little bit, and you should see this section:
Copy the API Key you see there, and paste it into the teeinblue application:
On the same page in teeinblue portal, copy the Webhook URL under API section
Go back to merchOne platform > and paste it there:
Sign up your account at app.shineon.com.
Then, choose "Selling somewhere else"
Go to API Configuration page > Then click "Request Access" > Copy the the API key
Copy and paste the token to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > ShineOn page
Sign in to your account at dashboard.gelato.com.
Go to Developer menu > API Keys > Add API Key
Enter any name for this new API Key (eg. your store name) > Create key
Click Copy to clipboard and paste the key to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Gelato page
Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.shirtee.cloud/
Go to Settings menu > My account > copy the value in Authentication API
(If you don't find "Authentication API" in your settings, please contact Shirtee support to open it for you)
Paste the key to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Shirtee page.
Sign in to your account at https://printify.com
Click on your avatar > Connection
In API tokens, generate a new token > enter any name > choose All scopes (full access) > Generate token
Copy the API key in the blue box
Paste the key to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Printify page.
Click Save
Choose your store name in the Select a store > Save.
Register for an Printway Account
Navigate to Stores > Choose your Store's Platform
Select Shopify
Continue to click on Get the App to install the Printway App
Once you are done, go back to your Stores panel, and click on Connect APIs
Copy paste the API Key back to the App
Hence, you need to copy and paste the API key of your account to Fulfillment Providers page, so teeinblue can identify and send orders to the correct account.
Printful API key

CustomCat API key
Login to your Customcat account at app.customcat.com.
Go to My stores page > create a new store with Create API Order method.
Go to Settings page. Select the store you've just created.
Go to API tab > Copy the API key with Read/Write access.
Copy and paste it to teeinblue's Fulfillments Providers > Customcat Page.
Dreamship API key
Login to your Dreamship account at dreamship.com/app
Click on Settings > API page
If you don't find the "API" page, please contact Dreamship support to open access.
Find the API section
Click button "Show" to check for API key > Click button "Copy" to copy API key
Copy and paste it to teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Dreamship page

merchOne (formerly Picanova) API Key
Login to your merchOne account dashboard.merchone.com
Go to Stores page > Create a new store by clicking button Connect under Create your custom store
Please be sure to choose the Create custom store if you use Teeinblue to send orders to merchOne.
In this step, please enter all the information:
Once you are done, go to the Settings Page to get the API KEY

Sign in to your account at dashboard.gelato.com.

Shirtee API key
Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.shirtee.cloud/
Go to Settings menu > My account > copy the value in Authentication API

Paste the key to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Shirtee page.
Printify API key
Sign in to your account at https://printify.com
Click on your avatar > Connection
In API tokens, generate a new token > enter any name > choose All scopes (full access) > Generate token
Copy the API key in the blue box
Paste the key to API key field in teeinblue's Fulfillment Providers > Printify page.
Click Save
Choose your store name in the Select a store > Save.
Printway API key
Register for an Printway Account
Navigate to Stores > Choose your Store's Platform
Select Shopify
Continue to click on Get the App to install the Printway App
Once you are done, go back to your Stores panel, and click on Connect APIs
Copy paste the API Key back to the App
