If you cannot find our Chatbox inside teeinblue portal, please give the following methods a try:

1. Unblock popup windows in browser
By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen, which might also block the Chatbox.
When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will be marked Pop-up blocked:



If you see that icon, follow the steps below to unblock:

2. Disable all extensions
Some browser extensions, especially Ad-block, tend to block all pop-up contents. The Chatbox might work as a pop-up module which is blocked by your current extensions.
Try disabling all (or one by one) of your extensions and reload our app.

Or you can add teeinblue portal to your whitelist. In this example, I will use Adblock Plus on Google Chrome as an example:

Step 1. On your Browser Bar, click on Extension Icons > Adblock Plus free ads blockers > Options



Step 2. In the Allowedlisted websites tab, you can add portal.teeinblue.com there.

Step 3. Go back to the teeinblue portal and refresh the page again!

Alternatively, you can simply click on the Adblock icon on your tab bar, then disable it on your current website:

After that, please refresh the page again, and the Chatbox should show up.

3. Manually activate the Chatbox

If the Chatbox does not show up by default. You can try manually opening it here:

4. Disconnect from your current VPN connection
Since VPN encrypts your connection to a proxy server, then connect said server to teeinblue, it might have some conflicts with the Chatbox. In this case, you can try disabling your VPN, then open the browser again to connect to teeinblue portal to see if it solves the issue.

5. Clear all storage and site data

Your browser tends to hold onto information, and over time this can cause problems with logging in to or loading websites. It is always a good idea to clear out your cache, or browser history, and clear cookies on a regular basis.

Deleting site data, such as cache and cookies, is helpful for when a site is misbehaving. However, removing all site data in Google Chrome will sign you out of every website. Here’s how to delete data from teeinblue portal only. The following steps will be applied to Google Chrome browser

Step 1. Login to your teeinblue portal on your browser

Step 2. Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner and then select More tools > Developer tools (or you can press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+i [Windows and Chrome] and Cmd+Option+i [macOS] to open Developer tools).



Step 3. After the pane opens, click the Application tab. If you don’t see the option, click the >> icon to reveal any hidden tabs and then click Application.



Step 4. Once the tab opens up, click Storage tab and then select Clear Site Data in the right panel.



Step 5. After you click Clear Site Data all data stored on your computer for teeinblue portal will be deleted, and you will be signed out immediately. In order to re-access your account, you will need to log in to the website with your login information.

6. Remove Firewall
Our chatbox service is including HSTS to ensure the best security level compliance.

In few cases, companies as using Firewall, Proxies that replace the default certificate with a custom one. If you are using Fortinet or a Fortigate you might be impacted.

How to check this?

Go to https://client.relay.crisp.chat/
If everything is working properly, you should see: {"code":0,"message":"No Operation"}

If you see a SSL issue or a security alert, you might be impacted by a Firewall. In this case, ask your network administrator to Whitelist our service.
