How to login to Teeinblue Product Personalizer

There are several ways to log in to Teeinblue Product Personalizer depending on your account type. This article will walk you through each method so you can choose the one that works best for you.

How to log in Teeinblue?

Method 1. Log in via Shopify Admin

If you are the Store Owner, or a Shopify Collaborator with Manage and install apps and channels permission, you can log in directly from Shopify Admin > Apps > Teeinblue Product Personalizer.

You will then be redirected to the Teeinblue Portal.

Method 2. Log in via a direct URL

You can access Teeinblue via https://portal.teeinblue.com/ in your browser.

When the login screen appears, enter your Shopify URL.

For your information, our Team Management feature allows Store Owners to create multiple Staff accounts and assign specific permissions to each account. If you're a Staff member, you don't need collaborator access to the Shopify store to log in to Teeinblue. Please follow the steps below:

Open portal.teeinblue.com in your browser.

On the login screen, click Log in as Staff.

Enter your Staff account credentials and you will be re-directed to the Store you're Staff in!

III. Enhance Security with Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step when Store Owners and Staff log in through the Teeinblue Portal, helping keep account more secure.

Set up two-factor authentication

In the Teeinblue Portal, click your avatar in the top-right corner, then select Profile & Organization.

In the Two-factor authentication section, click Manage.

Click Turn on for the authentication you want to use, confirm your password, then follow instructions to complete the setup.

Log in with two-factor authentication

Once 2FA is enabled, you will be asked for a second verification step after you enter your email and password on the login page. If you want to verify in a different way, click Change and select another authentication method.

Once you sign in successfully, Teeinblue creates an active session and remembers that you have completed 2FA. You will not be asked again while this session is active. If you log in from a new session, you will need to complete 2FA again.
