QR Code

The QR Code layer allows you to create a QR Code, which is a square barcode that can be scanned with a phone to quickly access information, like a website, or a custom info.

With Teeinblue, the QR Code can be generated by taking values from the following data:

  • Text: Let buyers manually insert an URL

Creating the QR Code Layer

Please keep in mind that the QR Code has a limit of 4296 characters.

You can change the Default URL to anything you want. Doing so will change the default appearance of the QR Code.

POPULATE VALUES

Expand Populate Values to let this QR Code layer receive its value from another option instead of a fixed default — for example, pulling in a Spotify URL from a Song Search layer. Click Browse values to pick a source, then turn on Populate Content from another option.

NOTE:
You can also change the foreground, and the background color of the QR Code:

PERSONALZATION SETTING

Expand Personalization Settings to control how customers interact with this layer on the product page.

Personalization for this layer

  • No personalization — the QR code cannot be personalized by the customer. It can still be filled via Populate Values above.
  • Create a new option — adds a new personalization field for this layer. Set its Option Title, Placeholder text, Input type (All characters or Custom rules), and Add instruction for customer.
  • Use an existing global option — links this layer to a Global Option instead of creating a new one
