Edit Customization inside Thank You Page and Order Status Page
In this Article, we will walk you through how to create a Edit Customization button inside Thank You Page
and Order Status Page
This can help buyers to change their personalization in case they made a mistake or change their mind.
Buyers can only edit and re-submit their customization if:
- The order is not fulfilled yet
- Within 7 days after the order is placed.
Before we begin, please note that:
- At the moment, this feature only works with our Campaign By Shopify
- We do not recommend using this feature and take no responsibility if Customers use the
Edit Customization
button, leading to incorrect rendering of the design file.

button below
- Navigate to your Online Store > Theme > Customize
- Continue to navigate to
Checkout and customer accounts
- Navigate to Apps > Teeinblue Product Personalizer > Edit Customization > choose Thank You
- Be sure to name your button:
- Continue to do so with your
Order Status Page
- Now that you're done, time to test it out on your Storefront!
- Once clicked, the Customers will be taken to Teeinblue own dedicated page to edit their customization
