For some Shopify-integrated print providers, you can use Campaign by Shopify products to create a personalized product via Teeinblue. The print provider's app can then automatically fulfill orders using Teeinblue's rendered design URLs.

The following providers support this workflow:

• Shirtigo
• Marketprint
• Hoplix
• ShineOn
• Gelato (requires a Gelato+ Gold subscription)

Overview of the workflow

1. Create a product in the print provider's app and publish it to Shopify.
2. Use Campaign by Shopify products in Teeinblue to add personalization options to that product.
3. Once a customer places an order, the print provider's app can automatically retrieve the Teeinblue design attached to the order and fulfill it.

Step-by-Step Setup for Each Provider

Step 1. Check the "Line item property" setting

Make sure you've selected Line item property under Store settings > General settings > Add order design URL to Shopify Orders.

This allows Teeinblue to attach the generated Order Design URL to the corresponding Shopify order item.

Step 2. Publish a product from your print provider to Shopify

For Marketprint

1. Install the Marketprint app in your Shopify store.
2. Log in to your Marketprint dashboard.
3. Find the product you want to sell and click Start designing.
4. Select This is a customizable product and choose the print area you need. This allows you to skip uploading a design in Marketprint because you'll add the design through Teeinblue instead. It also shows you the required design dimensions.

   
   

   
   

5. Click Next and fill in the product information. Then, select Publish the product in the shop immediately to publish the product to Shopify.

   
   

   
   

6. Click Create. The product will then be published to your Shopify store.

   
   

   
   

7. Continue to Step 3.

For Hoplix

1. Install the Hoplix app in your Shopify store.
2. Log in to your Hoplix dashboard.
3. Go to My products and click Create product. In the editor, click Change product to select a product.
4. In the Images section, click Add image from Customization. This allows you to skip uploading a design at this stage because you'll add the design through Teeinblue instead.
5. Click Save product.
6. Fill in the product information and click Forward.
7. On the final step, make sure to select Prodotto Standby.

Since you should review the customer's design before sending it to production, enabling this option helps prevent Hoplix from automatically fulfilling orders before you've checked the design.

8. Click Publish product. The product will then be published to your Shopify store.

For ShineOn

1. Install the ShineOn app in your Shopify store.
2. Log in to your ShineOn dashboard.
3. Go to Catalog, select the product you want to sell, and click Add artworks.
4. Upload any image as a placeholder. Teeinblue's generated design will replace this image later.
5. Click Publish to publish the product to your Shopify store.

For Gelato

1. Install the Gelato app in your Shopify store.
2. Log in to your Gelato dashboard.
3. Go to Stores, select your Shopify store, then navigate to Settings > Automatic processing of print files from Shopify apps.
4. In the Print file field name field, enter _tib_design_link_1 and _tib_design_link_2, then click Save. This allows Gelato to retrieve the design links that Teeinblue attaches to Shopify orders.

5. Create a product in the Gelato app. You can upload any image as a placeholder because Teeinblue's generated design will replace it later.
6. Publish the product to your Shopify store.

Step 3. Create a Campaign by Shopify products in Teeinblue

Once the campaign is launched, customers will see a personalization form for the print provider's product on your Shopify storefront.

Step 4. Fulfill orders

When a customer personalizes the product created in Step 3 and places an order, the order will appear in Shopify Orders. Each order item will include a line item property named _tib_design_link_1, which contains the customer's design URL. Each design may take 2-15 minutes to generate, so the URL may not be accessible immediately after an order is placed.

Since the product was created through the print provider's app, the provider's app can read the order and retrieve the design from _tib_design_link_1 for fulfillment.
