How to Fulfill orders from Campaign by Shopify/Etsy products

Since the product is created in Shopify, Teeinblue cannot identify the Fulfillment Provider and cannot send the orders to fulfill.

There're some other ways to fulfill the orders having products created from Campaign by Shopify products

Please continue reading this Article to find the best suitable methods for you.

SKU Mapping

This feature applies only to Campaign by Shopify or Etsy products. It also supports non-Teeinblue items when they are purchased together with a Teeinblue product.

If you already have an on-going products on your store but still want to send orders to integrated fulfillment suppliers, this feature is the best method to do so.

This methods is best used when:

  • You use Campaign by Shopify or Etsy but still want Teeinblue to send orders to your Fulfillment Supplier
  • Your orders include addon items like gift boxes that are not personalized and not created in Teeinblue
  • You already sell products on Shopify and do not want to recreate them again just for sending orders.

In short, SKU Mapping lets you connect a platform SKU from Shopify or Etsy to an existing Product Base SKU inside Teeinblue. That Product Base SKU already contains fulfillment information, so once mapped, Teeinblue knows exactly how and where to send the order.

  • First, you would need to import a product from one of our API-integrated Providers

For example, this is a Merchone product

  • Navigate to Store Settings > SKU Mapping

If you have multiple stores connected, make sure to select the correct store before proceeding, since the product belongs to a specific store.

  • In this section, you can define how Teeinblue matches a platform SKU by choosing one of the following options:

Matching option

Description

SKU is exactly

The SKU must match the value exactly, character for character. Use this when the SKU is fixed and unique.

SKU starts with

Any SKU that begins with the specified value will be matched. Useful when SKUs share a common prefix.

SKU ends with

Any SKU that ends with the specified value will be matched. Ideal when variants differ at the beginning but share a common ending.

SKU contains

Any SKU that includes the specified value anywhere will be matched. Best for flexible or complex SKU structures.

  • For example, in this case, you want to map a specific Shopify variant to a Merchone SKU

  • Should you choose SKU is exactly, be sure to enter the correct SKU, then select the Product along with the Variant you want to map it with:

  • It should look like this once you're done.

You can control which SKU mapping is applied first by setting its priority.

  1. A lower number means higher priority. Priority 1 is the highest.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the priority.
  3. You can also manually edit the priority number, for example changing it from 1 to 20.

When a mapping’s priority changes, the list automatically reorders and updates the priority numbers of other mappings to keep everything consistent.

  • That's it, the Order should now showing up for you to fulfill! You can differentiate it with the Mapped tag.

When an order is received, Teeinblue checks whether the platform SKU is mapped to a Product Base SKU. If a match is found, the order is processed using the fulfillment information from the linked Product Base SKU, including:

  1. Variant from the Product Base
  2. Fulfillment SKU
  3. Print on Demand service

Please keep in mind that the size of Order Design is still based on Artwork size!

Using auto-fulfillment setting from Shopify Fulfillment Providers' Apps

These providers have already integrated with Teeinblue in order to automatically read the orders and designs from Teeinblue.

You can install the provider app in Shopify > create a product from that app > add personalization in Teeinblue. Then when having an order, the provider app will automatically read the Teeinblue's design attached in the order item and fulfill it.

First, please make sure to enable the "Line item property" (or "Both Notes & Line item property") option in order for the provider app to read the custom order design in the Line item property

Read more instruction from the provider:

Some non-integrated print providers' apps might automatically fulfill all orders in Shopify and they might not read the custom design from Teeinblue. In this case, you should turn off the "Automatic fulfill" of the provider's app and upload the order manually.

You can ask your provider to read the line item property from Teeinblue for automatic fulfillment.

Using CSV File

You can fulfill the orders manually with some other ways:

  • Export order to csv and import to the print provider's dashboard.
  • Download order design and create a manual order in the print provider's dashboard.
  • If you have your own fulfillment software, make sure to read the Line item property of Teeinblue to get the custom design's URL.

Note: Teeinblue's "Line item property" containing the custom design always starts with _tib_design_link
