Import / Add new / Edit a Product Base
Product Base is typically a print-on-demand (POD) product provided by Fulfillment services, which you will use to add your design to in Campaign.
If you are going to print your own order, you can totally manually create your own Product Base!

Allows you to look up catalog and one-click import a product base from a fulfillment provider, including all data such as mockup, variants...
Click on Import Product button. A popup will show up for you to choose products to import.
Use the filter on the left to browse, or use the Search bar to search for a product name
Hit Import button to add a product to your account. You can import many products at a time.
Currently we are updating catalogs of 9 fulfillment providers.
Dreamship
merchOne: need to connect API to import merchOne products.
Shineon: need to connect API to import Shineon products.
Once you've connected to Shineon, you will be able to import their Products:
Choose Product Templates if you want to import the default products Shineon provides via their catalog.
If you do not find the product you are looking for, this means ShineOn has not added it to the API Catalog yet. In this case, you need to go to ShineOn dashboard, create the product there to have the SKU of that product. After that, please select Published from ShineOn App to find the Product.

All of these providers are API-integrated fulfillments that can directly send orders to fulfill.
If you do not find the Product you are looking for, please contact our Support Team. We might need to update the API Catalog to the latest update.
If you send orders directly from teeinblue to an API-integrated fulfillment, it is best to import products. Because all the required information to send to fulfill will be correct, including Catalog ID, SKU, Variants... After importing product, you can edit some information to match your selling. Please read the "Edit product info" instruction below to learn more.
If a product you need is not available to import, or you would like to create your own, you can click on +Add Manual button add your product base manually.

Name of this product base.
For imported product, its default name is provided by Fulfillment provider.
This name will appear in the "Available Products" option on storefront (if you sell more than one product in a campaign). But you can change the product name in a campaign later.
Name of the Fulfillment Provider which this product belongs to.
This field will be used to send orders containing this product to the correct Fulfillment name later. So you should choose the correct provider which this product belongs to.
For product added manually, you can leave it empty if you don't find the name of your provider in the list ; For product imported from integrated provider, do not change this info.
The ID of the this product in provider's catalog.
This field will be used to send the correct product base to the Fulfillment later. So you should find the correct product ID in provider's catalog.
For product added manually, you can leave it empty if you don't find the information for catalog ID of provider ; For product imported from integrated provider, do not change this info.
Write a description for this product.
It will be updated to the product description of all campaigns using this product.
It will override the existing product description in Shopify. Therefore, if you want to use Shopify's product description, please go to your Extras > Product Page Settings > Extras and select Hide product description by app
Design format (deprecated): this configuration was moved to Artwork editor.
For product bases created before June 30, 2023, this option is still open to edit and it will override the format set in Artwork.
Required options: some products from merchOne & Printful require to set some extra options (eg. canvas border, thickness..). Read more instruction here

A list of campaigns that use this product base will appear in this popup. So you can quickly update all campaigns if you make a changes in this product base.

Edit product info
Product Title
Name of this product base.

Description
Write a description for this product.
It will be updated to the product description of all campaigns using this product.
It will override the existing product description in Shopify. Therefore, if you want to use Shopify's product description, please go to your Extras > Product Page Settings > Extras and select Hide product description by app
